(50%) Receives and interprets in-coming calls regarding complaints, inquires and reports of emergency and non-emergency situations: logs, coordinates, disseminates and maintains records of messages.
(25%) Operate and monitor access control system, surveillance videos, public safety app and the University fire/security alarm system; dispatches firefighters or police officers as necessary or dispatch police and fire/EMS as necessary.
(10%) Creation, modification, and cancellation of LEADS files.
(5%) May notify of local weather warning system and broadcast severe weather notices as directed.
(5%) Control access to police station by requiring proper identification for visitors.
(5%) Performs related duties as assigned.
