Examples of Duties

The financial literacy outreach work-study position will report to the Financial Aid Office. Responsibilities will include assisting students and parents regarding general financial aid questions, applying for education loans and work-study positions. You will assist in providing excellent customer service to students and guests to this department. You will assist with the daily operations and production within the Financial Aid office.

Qualifications

Applicant should exhibit proficiency in written and oral communication as well as organizational skills. Financial aid experience is not needed, as training will be provided
