About this role
Description
Assist patrons at men’s and women’s basketball games by performing duties such as greeting guests, scanning or collecting admission tickets and passes, assisting in finding seats, locating such facilities as restroom and concession stands.
Examples of Duties
Greet patrons as they enter; embrace an attitude of customer service: 15%
Ensure no one is admitted without a ticket: 50%
Direct patrons to their seats, if necessary: 15%
Answer questions, and provide directions to restrooms and concession stand: 10%
Check tickets for appropriate seating
