Support Personnel (Substitute)

Summary:
We are seeking substitute teachers to work at various schools within our district. The ideal candidate must have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.

• Responsibilities:
• Follow lesson plans left by the absent teacher or create and implement your own lesson plans
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
• Provide instruction to students in a variety of subjects and grade levels
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly
• Communicate with school staff

• Requirements:
• Certificate of High School or Equivalency
• Teaching certification preferred, but not required
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different teaching styles and environments
• Flexibility to work at various schools within the district
• Ability to pass a background check
