Direct Supervisor: Operations Lead

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of custodial methods, including the use of industrial cleaning chemicals and floor scrubbers. • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours or overtime.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or safety instructions.
• Ability to work constructively with a partner and/or team.
• Lift up to 50+ pounds, climb, kneel, stand for prolonged periods, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning assignments and general maintenance as directed by the Operations Lead.
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization, including the use of specialized equipment, as directed.
• Assist with floor stripping and waxing, general maintenance, and equipment repair, including, but not limited to, changing bulbs, locking and unlocking doors, equipment setup, and anything else as directed.
• Check and respond to email at least 1 time per day for communications, work orders, or other items.
• Assist in groundskeeping and snow removal, as directed.
• Perform other duties not listed on this job description, as assigned.

Employment Details

• Rate of Pay: As per current Master Union Contract

• Standard Hours: Full-time - Afternoon as determined by District

• Benefits: Eligible for district benefits as per the Master Contract
