Sewing Club Advisor � Grades 3�6
Volunteer Position
Cooperstown Elementary School is looking for an experienced sewing instructor to lead our Sewing Club for students in Grades 3�6.
The club will meet Mondays from 3:00�4:00 PM and will provide students with an opportunity to learn basic sewing skills, complete creative projects, and build confidence through hands-on learning.
Applicants must:
- Have prior sewing experience and be comfortable teaching basic sewing skills to children
- Provide sewing machines for student use during club meetings
- Supervise students and maintain a safe, organized learning environment
- Plan age-appropriate sewing projects and lessons
- Organize and manage necessary materials and supplies
- Ensure students follow their designated dismissal plans at the conclusion of the club
Schedule: Mondays, 3:00�4:00 PM
