Job Title: Substitute Cafeteria Worker
Reports To: Director of Food Services
Job Purpose: To assist with maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe cafeteria for students and workers.

Qualifications-Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Displays a positive, courteous attitude towards all students
Exhibits a helpful, positive, and friendly attitude towards all associates
Is clean, well groomed, and always wears the proper attire as per district uniform policy
Ability to speak and understand English
Excellent attendance and work ethic
Able to pass the Criminal History Review
Ability to pass the Sexual Misconduct Child Abuse Disclosure

Qualifications-Desired:
1 year of experience as a cafeteria worker
1 year of experience working in a school setting

Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs all kitchen duties, but not limited to serving the students at a steady pace
Performs light food preparation, ware washing
Performs dish washing duties
Cleans and sanitizes dining room tables
Maintains all health and safety standards in accordance with the Atlantic County Health Department

School Building
Cafeteria
Lunchroom
$16.50/hour
Not to Exceed 29.5 hours/week

Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to bend at the waist to pick up supplies
Able to use arms to wipe down dining room tables
