Full-Time Groundskeeper (12 month position)

• POSITION: Full-time Groundskeeper (12 month position)
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated interest, aptitude, experience or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• High School diploma preferred. Equivalent (GED) or demonstrated basic skills in computation and communication acceptable.
• Groundskeeping and/or landscaping experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience in proper operation and maintenance of groundskeeping equipment preferred.
• Shall possess or acquire and maintain a valid Black Seal Boiler's License.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position including moving and lifting objects up to 100 pounds.
• Shall have and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator license.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2026
SALARY: $39,626 prorated
BENEFITS: Benefits package after satisfactory 60 day probationary period
