School Psychologist-11 Month (SSC)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold or meet all requirements for a Virginia license with an endorsement in School Psychology.
• Graduate level work including training in psychological and educational testing
• Experience and skill as an active member of a multi-disciplinary team to support struggling students through a problem-solving process
• Skilled at conducting individual and group counseling sessions with students
• Experience in the administration of and interpretation of psychological and educational diagnostic assessment instruments
• Skilled in explaining evaluative information to staff and parents, and skill with report writing to include prescriptive educational recommendations.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees may work up to two (2) days per week from home

Pay Rate:

Psychologist Grade PY Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position).

Contract:
Full time / 11 months / 220 days

Start Date:

This position is effective for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants for the 2026-2027 school year will also be considered.
