ANTICIPATED - Transportation Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in the School Transportation Field
• Possession of/willingness to pursue School Transportation Supervisor Certification highly preferred
• Hold and maintain a valid Class B CDL with P & S endorsement to be able operate a school bus when needed
• Knowledge of State of New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles laws, Private School Busing law, Aid in lieu of transportation law, and bidding procedures
• Thorough knowledge of all roads within the regional district
• Proficiency with routing software/Traversa highly preferred
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Familiarity with special education and vocational programs
• Ability to handle emergency situations as they arise
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Alternatives to the above as determined appropriate by the Superintendent or Board of Education
• Successful passage of criminal history review clearance

• Salary - $65,000 - to be prorated based on start date
