SALARY: $62,000.00(Commensurate with experience and education)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate, implement and oversee the Jobs and More Program, designed to provide Life Skills, Pre-Employment Training (LS/PET) and High School Equivalency (HSE) test instruction to participants in Warren County. Develop and implement LS/PET and HSE curriculum and testing; outreach, recruitment and enrollment; document and submit participant milestones for Grant reimbursement; prepare and submit monthly / quarterly / yearly mandatory program reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY:

• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field
• Master's Degree or teaching certificate (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRED:

• Student-centered focus
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Experience working with adolescent population
• Familiarity with educational and social services systems, and supportive community agencies
• Ability to develop/implement/monitor program curriculum and participant growth
• Supervision or performance monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
