2026-27 Substitute Cleaners

The Hilton Central School District is accepting applications for substitute cleaners for the 26-27 school year. We are seeking motivated, reliable people to work on a per diem basis. Candidates must be in a physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position involving performance of cleaning duties, and following routines and procedures in accomplishing tasks.

Appointments are subject to Board of Education approval.

Positive Fingerprint Clearance through NYSED is required.

• Must be able to meet requirements of "Cleaner" job description per Civil Service
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks, use cleansing agents, and electrical equipment safely
• Experience in cleaning public buildings is desired
• Candidates must be in physical condition commensurate with the demands of position
