Position Summary

NCCSC is seeking a dynamic 5th Grade Teacher to prepare students for the transition to middle school through rigorous and engaging instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in core content areas aligned with Indiana standards
• Promote critical thinking and student independence
• Prepare students for upper-grade expectations
• Use formative and summative data to guide instruction
• Build strong relationships with students and families
• Collaborate with team members and support staff

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana Elementary Teaching License
• Experience with upper elementary curriculum preferred
• Strong instructional planning and classroom management skills
