KidCare Program Assistant - PM

Seeking dedicated, energetic and child-centered individuals to work part-time in our before and after school programs with children grades K through 5.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• supervising and ensuring well-being of the children;
• assisting them with their homework;
• participating in a variety of activities such as games, sports, arts & crafts, etc:
• implementing positive reinforcement behavior programs;
• utilizing positive conflict resolution;
• communicating daily with parents.

Position requires individuals to be up and active with the children at all times.

We ask that staff members make a year-long commitment to the program to ensure stability for the program and the children.
Schedules for PM shifts start at 3:15 and end between 5:15 and 6:00 pm with an hourly compensation of $19 an hour.
