QUALIFICATIONS:
. Minimum experience as determined by the board
. Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and
ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials
. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
. Good physical health
. Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license for the type of equipment to be driven, with no serious
violations
. Ability to work harmoniously and tactfully with departmental and school personnel and the public
. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
. Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency
within one year of employment
