Level C Specialist I

Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Specialist I/Truckdriver. This position is responsible for routine delivery routes throughout the district and opening, cleaning, and maintaining the District Center building. Maintenance responsibilities include clearing sidewalks, steps and other walkways of debris and snow, and minor building repairs. Desired candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to drive and maintain a medium size delivery truck safely and responsibly. Hours are Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm, however, candidate should be able to work independently with occasional flexible hours. Qualifications and requirements:

• Candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work load
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Moderate computer proficiency
• Be a self starter: be able to recognize, analyze, develop solutions and initiate problem solving with little information or direction
• Ability to maintain regular attendance
• Must strictly adhere to a prescribed schedule, maintain confidentiality and security protocols
• Licensure:
• 1st Class C Boiler license required
• valid driver license required

• Semiweekly delivery of items from the district warehouse
• Internal movement of nutrition services items (food/supplies) as needed
• Works closely with the nutrition services specialist to coordinate district deliveries
• Skills include counting, dividing cases as needed, organizational skills, ability to operate a forklift

Compensation: Roseville Schools offers a full benefit package including medical, dental and retirement. Starting pay for this position is $29.89 per hour plus a district contribution toward health insurance.
