Substitute Level II School Monitor

• QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
• Retired Law Enforcement Officer with a Class A Training Certificate
• 20 year Law Enforcement Service or other Certified Retirement
• State of New Jersey Certified Retired Law Enforcement permit to carry
• Certified experience in Security Field public or private sector
• Familiar with Emergency management procedures
• CPR, Basic First Aid, and AED Certified
• Knowledge of security measures, fire prevention, and crowd control
• Aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities
• Ability to maintain order and to work with groups and individuals on matters of security and crisis management
• Such alternative to the above qualifications that the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
