From an applicant's record, you can:
- Ask the candidate for references. They enter their references from a link.
- Add a reference yourself.
- Record a call when you speak to a reference by phone.
References answer your questions from a link, including whether they'd hire the candidate again and a rating. Each reference shows its status, from sent to returned.
Edit the default questions under Settings → Approvals.
