College Navigator

Collaborate with school districts to promote a college-going culture and facilitate the recruitment, enrollment and success while still in high school. Under the direction of the Coordinator of High School Programs and Services , this individual works to increase recruitment activities for parents and students as early as middle school and through high school for the various dual programs. Responsible for proactive individualized involvement in driving students' success through a case management approach. The position will contribute to student retention and completion strategies in collaboration with student, their family, and high school counselor.
