Enrollment Navigator

This position provides personalized guidance and support to prospective High School Seniors and new applicant students throughout the enrollment process. This position facilitates the transition of high school graduates and other new student populations into college. The Enrollment Navigator conducts outreach to high school graduates and new applicant students, assists with admissions, financial aid, testing, advising, and other enrollment requirements, removes barriers for enrollment, maintains accurate student records in the college's CRM, and provides exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
