Job Classification: Custodial

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of methods and materials used in custodial work and building maintenance.
• Physically capable of assigned custodial duties.
• Ability to work effectively with the public and others.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Graduation from high school or equivalency.
• Ability to read, write and interpret information.

Primary Duties:

• Snow removal from the building area.
• Building and custodial maintenance as appropriate or as assigned.
• Routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, waxing, and washing.
• Locks and unlocks doors as appropriate.
• Maintains the school grounds to keep them free from rubbish and trash.
• Sets up equipment, bleachers, chairs, etc., as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours of Work: Varies based on need
