Teacher of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Engineering (Anticipated Opening) 2027-2028 School Year

For the 2027-2028 academic year, Morris County Vocational School District has an anticipated opening for a full-time, tenure track Teacher of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Engineering. Candidates holding a CE, CEAS, or Standard Certification in Engineering Technology are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

1. Certification in Teacher of Engineering Technology (endorsement code #2545) is required.

2. Masters degree or doctoral degree preferred

3. Strong subject matter and NJSLS knowledge

4. Ability to differentiate instruction based upon individual student needs

5. Strong skill set in lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, and implementing a variety of pedagogical strategies

6. Experience utilizing data to make informed instructional decisions

7. Strong classroom management and communication skills

8. Understanding of Universal Design for Learning and inclusive instructional practices

In compliance with New Jersey's pay transparency law, the salary range for this position is $67,110 to $110,885. The position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, sick, personal, bereavement, and family illness days.
