- Student Services and Support: Collaborate with Student Success Coordinators, counselors, teachers, and sending school personnel to address student needs, promote student success, and provide appropriate interventions and resources.
- Staff Support and Communication: Serve as an accessible administrative resource for teachers and staff, assist with classroom management concerns, coordinate daily staffing needs, and promote a positive and collaborative school environment.
- Instructional and Program Support: Assist with the implementation of instructional expectations, certification testing, dual credit activities, work-based learning coordination, and program improvement initiatives as directed by the Executive Director.
